Masonry Consulting Services by Alexander R. Hershock Masonry LLC.

Masonry Consulting Services

Masonry issues can have a direct impact on a property’s value, safety, and long-term condition. Whether you are buying a home, preparing to sell, or negotiating repairs, this consulting service provides clear and unbiased evaluations of brick, stone, chimneys, mortar, and foundations. The goal is simple: to give homeowners, buyers, and investors the confidence to make informed decisions without uncertainty.

What sets this service apart is the depth of expertise behind it. With a formal education in masonry, more than twelve years of field experience, and hands-on training under some of the finest brick and stone masons in Pennsylvania, I bring a level of insight that goes beyond what most inspections or repair processes deliver. My evaluations are not about selling repairs. They are about providing clarity, so you understand the true condition of your property and the options available to you.

Over the years, I have also built strong relationships with many high-end mason's, engineers, inspectors, and seasoned tradespeople across multiple areas of construction. When appropriate, and always with full respect for your privacy, I can draw on this network to confirm details or strengthen an evaluation. This means you benefit from multiple expert perspectives without the hassle of chasing down answers yourself.

By working with me, you gain confidence in what you own or may be buying, gain knowledge to protect yourself against costly mistakes, and a deeper understanding of your property’s condition. This service is designed to deliver the kind of insight most people never receive during an inspection or repair process. Insight that helps you protect your investment and move forward with certainty.
